The site has been hosted with the intention putting our alumni club on the Internet. Ex- students of the college and also the current students can find information about their friends or batch mates on this site. Students can register with their university register no. and can access the online alumni club features.This site hopes to become an online e community of the students of Cetly, to keep the memories alive.

The relevance of this site is only for the students of Cetly, both ex students and current students, this site contains no matter if public interest and thus outsiders may not try to invade into our closed user group. Terms & Conditions

This is an agreement between you, (“the user”) and Cetly.com, its administrator(s) and its moderator(s) (“Cetly.com”). If you do not agree to the terms & conditions below, you may not use the services offered by Cetly.com.

1. Misuse of Service (a): The user may not misuse the services offered at Cetly.com. This may include (but not limited to) posting abusive messages, or messages of a personal, political, communalist, racist, or sexual nature. Cetly.com reserves the right to remove any messages it considers as a violation of this agreement without notice.
2. Misuse of Service (b): The user may not make use of the Short Messaging Service (SMS) feature in a way that is detrimental to the other users, or in violation of the local telecom regulations prevailing in the area where he/she resides. The user agrees not to use/share/sell the SMS contact information for marketing/mass communication purposes.
3. Sustenance of Service: Under normal circumstances, the user becomes a member on payment of a fixed amount for the sustenance of service at Cetly.com. Cetly.com agrees to maintain the service running for as long as it is economically and legally viable. In case of disbanding of the Cetly.com service, either for legitimate reasons or otherwise, Cetly.com will not be liable to refunding any payments made by the user.
4. User Termination of Service: The user is free to terminate membership at anytime. However, Cetly.com is not liable for refund of any payments once made by the user.
5. Misuse of Personal Information: The user may provide his/her personal information on these pages as per his/her discretion. However, the user may not try to access the personal information of another user with motive to violate the personal esteem, privacy, or integrity of the individual.
6. Cetly.com reserves the right to monitor any messages transmitted by the user using the services, with intent to detect and correct misuse of services.
7. In the event of misuse of service, Cetly.com reserves the right to terminate the membership of any user at any time with or without prior notice/warnings. The issue of such warnings/prior notice is at the sole discretion of Cetly.com. Under no circumstances will Cetly.com be liable to refund any payments made by the users for the sustenance of service.
8. Privacy Policy: Cetly.com agrees to respect the privacy of the user, and to keep all personal information of the users confidential. Cetly.com agrees not to disclose such information to non-members and to third-party commercial/non-profit organizations. However, Cetly.com reserves the right to contact users using the personal information supplied by them in order to inform about changes in services, service notifications, etc. Cetly.com will not be held liable for damages arising out of any inadvertent leak/loss of personal information from the Cetly.com databases/servers.
9. Cetly.com services comes with no warranty, expressed or implied. It can be used “as-is” by the user at his/her own risk. Cetly.com may not be held responsible for any damages (personal, business or otherwise) including but not limited to injuries, risks, or death arising due to the use of its services. Cetly.com reserves the right to make changes to these terms & conditions without prior notice.
